Scott Moore brings a fresh perspective in legislative and policy research to his role as a legislative analyst at Blank Rome Government Relations LLC, where he assists in documenting congressional hearings, providing analysis of major legislative issues, and conducting research to meet client needs.

Scott joined the Blank Rome team from the Department of the Interior where he served as a policy intern. In this role, he developed strong administrative skills as well as completed in-depth legislative analysis, focusing on information technology, natural resources, and native issues. He also has experience developing policy platforms for candidates on both state and federal levels.

Scott graduated from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina with a B.A. in Political Science.
