Spencer R. Abraham serves as a legislative consultant at Blank Rome Government Relations LLC, where he supports clients by conducting detailed research on federal legislation and regulatory activity. He prepares weekly congressional updates and tracks proposed laws and government policies that align with client priorities, with a particular emphasis on energy, natural resources, and transportation.
He is the co-founder of The Polling Monitor, an organization that evaluates the accuracy of political polling in recent elections. His previous experience includes working as a staff assistant to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and interning with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI).
Spencer earned his B.A. in Economics and Government from Claremont McKenna College, where he developed a strong foundation in public policy and legislative processes.
