Brad Knollenberg brings an extensive amount of experience in legislative and policy research and analysis to his role as a senior legislative consultant at Blank Rome Government Relations LLC. In this role, he assists clients with grant writing, preparing applications for a variety of federal incentive programs, and research and policy analysis needed to support clients’ objectives. His areas of focus include energy, transportation and railroad grants, international trade and tariff matters, and healthcare.

Brad joined the Blank Rome team from The Abraham Group LLC, an international strategic consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., founded by former secretary of energy and current Blank Rome Government Relations senior advisor, Spencer Abraham. Brad is vice president of The Abraham Group LLC.

Brad graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., with a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing.
